If you do not have a User ID and PIN with the New Jersey
Department of Environmental Protection you may register with the
NJDEP by creating a User Profile.
You do not need a Facility ID for all web submittals but some
of the web submittals require a Facility ID for access. If you
do not have Facility ID you may print, complete and mail in the
Request New Facility ID and PIN (AIMS-099) Form.

or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
